BEGINNER: EMBROIDERY AT MUNI WINES! / SUNDAY SEPT 6 12-2PM

Date: Sunday Sept 6 12-2pm

Learn a basic embroidery stitch by adding a single color design to one of your garments! This is a really fun way of sprucing up your wardrobe and before you know it, you'll be adding designs to all of your clothing! We'll bring several shapes/designs, but feel free to bring a line drawing of your own (sized to scale) and we can help you transfer it to your garment. We will also have some fabric scraps if you don't have a garment you want to stitch on yet, but want to learn the backstitch and stitch your design onto a square of fabric. No experience needed.

Depending on the complexity of the design, you may need more than 2 hours so we will have embroidery kits for purchase if you wish to take supplies with you to finish or continue your embroidery journey!

This is a great workshop for anyone ages 16+ who has an interest in hand stitching.

We'll be popping up at Muni Wines at 339 N Ventura Ave, Ventura, CA! Come and order a glass of wine before we get started!

Unfortunately, cancelled or rescheduled workshops are not eligible for a refund. You are awarded full class credit toward a future class if cancelled 4 days or before. If cancelling or rescheduling within the 4 day period, no class credit can be given.
