ALL LEVELS: MENDING & MORE / AUGUST 5 6-8PM

Mending & More is a time for you to come and get full access to our workshop equipment, as well as instruction on mending techniques. Bring 2-3 items that you want to work on and we'll show you how to get started and work through your mending pile. 

It doesn't just have to be mending! It is also a time to bring your project that you need to start (or finish) but don't quite know how to. It is a space to utilize our large cutting tables and sewing machines. We have a couple of sergers available for use as well as many notions, fabric scraps, thread, and much more! Bring your own machine or use one of our studio machines. Hand stitching techniques are an option as well! Come sew with us! 

Tools and materials that will be available:
-large work tables
-irons, scissors, thread, rulers
-scrap and remnant fabric for mending/embellishing a garment
-hand sewing needles
-buttons and snaps for replacing lost or broken ones
-sewing machines (available to those with some machine experience)
-serger (available to those with some machine experience)
-and more!

To cancel or reschedule, please contact 2 days before class. Staff and materials are prepared for scheduled classes based on their capacity. Unfortunately, cancelled or rescheduled workshops are not eligible for a refund. You are awarded full class credit toward a future class if cancelled 2 days or before. If cancelling or rescheduling within the 2 day period, no class credit can be given.
