ZIPPERED POUCH / WEDNESDAY JANUARY 29

Learn to make a zippered pouch in this 3 hour workshop. We will cover skills such as how to insert a zipper, sew in a liner, top stitch, and use zipper tabs for clean corners. The studio will have a variety of fabrics to choose from, so your pouch will be one of a kind. You may bring your own fabric if you would like. Fabric recommendations include mid-weight quilters cotton to lightweight upholstery fabric. You will walk away with the confidence to sew your own zippered pouches in any dimensions you’d like!

This is a great workshop for anyone who has taken our Intro to Sewing class or knows how to operate a sewing machine! 

This workshop is scheduled for 6-9pm at our studio at 40 Fix Way, Ventura. All materials and tools will be included, including a sewing machine. Consider bringing a notebook in case you find that taking notes is helpful for your sewing journey. It is highly advisable that you make sure you can attend all sessions, make up classes are not currently offered. Attendees must be 12+, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Our studio is located upstairs. To cancel or reschedule, please contact 2 days before class. Staff and materials are prepared for scheduled classes based on their capacity. Unfortunately, cancelled or rescheduled workshops are not eligible for a refund. You are awarded full class credit toward a future class if cancelled 2 days or before. If cancelling or rescheduling within the 2 day period, no class credit can be given.
