VISIBLE MENDING WORKSHOP / WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 25

Bring your distressed denim, your shirts with blown-out elbows, your pants with gaping knees! Our friend and visible mending pro Yuki will be here to teach her beautiful technique to mend your garments and get a longer life out of them. Visible mending creates a personalized and unique garment that tells its own story. We will have a large variety of scraps for you to choose from to add to your garment, but if you have something special you would like to use, please bring it with you.

Please avoid bringing any garments that have major mending needs in corners (i.e. armpit or crotch). These spots require much more time and technique than we will be able to help with in this time frame. Needles and thread are provided, as well as instruction and assistance to get you going.
